cute vibe real fire comfortable rooms friendly staff
The hotel has a very cute vibe inside. A real fire really adds to it in winter. The rooms are excellent, really comfortable, and lovely. I found the staff very friendly.
I noticed there were many stairs. There is no lift, so this hotel is not suitable for persons with mobility issues or those with a lot of baggage.

I was on the top floor. There was no lift available. the car park cost £10 at the hotel!

Our room provided a lovely view of the Pantiles. The bar area features a fine atmosphere. The hotel is near the High Street. It.

the staff helped me with my luggage with care. they found a room on a lower floor for the second night. they honored the original price i booked. the location in the pantiles worked well for me.
the hotel has many stairs and there is no lift, a thing i discover only when i get there.

helpful staff breakfast pastries dusty room dated furniture
the staff was helpful, especially during breakfast. the breakfast was lovely (i especially liked the variety of pastries!).
the room was quite dusty upon arrival. the furniture in the room seemed a bit dated and not quite fit for the space.
